We are a values-focused organisation, who put the people we support, first. Established in 1982 by a group of local parents who wanted respite and accommodation for their now adult children, we have expanded exponentially because our participants love our services.
At Community Living Options we provide an inclusive environment where people are valued and supported. We welcome applicants with lived experience, all abilities, cultural background, gender, sexuality, age and spirituality.
Join our Child and Youth Services team. This is not your typical Youth worker role. You will be supporting young people with Autism, ADHD, OCD, intellectual disabilities, and trauma backgrounds. Working under the guidance of a dedicated Team Leader, you will deliver specialist, trauma-informed care and support that empowers young people, promotes positive outcomes, and has been proven to make a lasting difference in their lives.
Every young person is unique. You may be supporting young people to develop life skills, participate in recreational activities, build social connections, access education or employment opportunities, and navigate daily challenges while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
We are looking for Youth Workers who live in the southern suburbs and are passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. You will play a key role in delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support and making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
